Project manager, consultant and lecturer, since 12 years working on issues of Diversity, human resources development and organisational development. She worked for 10 years at the University of Mainz, including 4 years in South Africa involved in research, teaching and consultancy - funded by the Volkswagen-Foundation.
She teaches Diversity Management in Business Administration and has a special focus on health care. Since March 2008 she is project manager for a programme on behalf of the German Federal Government on quality criteria and standards in training and cultural diversity in human resources development and organisational development for the profit and non-profit sector in cooperation with organisations who signed the "Charta der Vielfalt".
Published various books, articles and conference publications on Diversity, culture, management issues, health care, globalisation and international development.
Academic education in Mainz (Germany), Johannesburg (South Africa) and Nijmegen (The Netherlands).
Continuous education in project management, moderation and as EFQM-assessor.
Hobbies: (Half)Marathon, voluntary charity work, travelling to South Africa - where I spent my childhood - and other places
