Background information

idm is responsible for the project component Diversity Management of the EU Project "Anti Discrimination and Diversity Management". In nearly all EU countries there will be a one day workshop for 60 business representatives. The workshop will be facilitated by the local Diversity Management trainer and one member of the idm steering commitee. Please a have a look at the background paper:
